Mountains on the doorstep, one idea in mind: SLYRS Whisky, which breathes the mountain air of the Upper Bavarian Alps and matures there to perfection. Set in 2014 SLYRS Managing director and master distiller Hans Kemenater and his team put this project into action. They transported around 50 specially selected people with the ski lift Whiskybarrels at an altitude of 1501 meters, on the summit of the Stümpfling mountain for a unique experience SLYRS high camp.

The Wallberg is the namesake of ours in 2024 SLYRS Mountain edition. The 1722 meter high mountain in the Mangfall Mountains is one of the most famous peaks in the Schliersee-Tegernsee Alpine region. This ripens at an altitude of 1501 meters Whisky im SLYRS Mountain camp with the purest mountain air and extreme temperature fluctuations of up to 60 degrees.
