SLYRS Single Malt Whisky Single Cask “Sauternes”
The SLYRS Single Malt Whisky Single Cask “Sauternes” combines the distinctive SLYRS style with the elegance of French cask culture. After three years of aging in American white oak, it underwent an exceptionally long finish from 2021 to 2026 in a select Sauternes cask. Full-bodied and oily, with aromas of fully ripe yellow grapes, candied apricot, almond brittle, and subtle oak. Bottled at 52.8% ABV, this single cask is limited to just 295 bottles.

Caribbean barrels meet Bavarian distilling artistry: The seventh edition of SLYRS DISTILLERS CHOICE was initially aged in American white oak and then finished for two years in select rhum agricole barrels from Haiti and Guadeloupe. This blends tropical fruit aromas with creamy vanilla, caramel, and spicy cinnamon to create a powerful, multi-layered taste experience. Strictly limited to 653 bottles—exotic, expressive, and unmistakably SLYRS.

One last time in an oak block: our SLYRS Single Malt Whisky Aged 12 Years Ice Wine Cask Finish is the final chapter in an extraordinary series. Matured for 11 years in American white oak, finished in fine ice wine casks from Moldova. This special finish gives it an elegant sweetness, ripe fruit aromas and a fascinating depth - strong in character and unforgettable. Strictly limited to 989 bottles, this final edition is a rare treat for connoisseurs and lovers of exceptional whiskies.
