An aromatic single malt with the bouquet of a fine sherry

The Oloroso-style sherry imparts the finest fruity and woody notes to its maturation cask (450–500 litres). The SLYRS Bavarian Single Malt, transferred into this cask, then has around a year to absorb these aromas from the wood .

Tasting & Recommendations

This unique whisky reveals its aroma best when tasted and enjoyed at a temperature slightly below room temperature.
