Product features
Bavarian summer barley, grown on fertile soil, makes this traditionally produced whisky a single malt of the very highest calibre. Gently kilned and carefully malted, the barley fully releases its aroma.
Tasting & Recommendations
A real treat when enjoyed neat. However, it’s also well worth trying it with a piece of 70 per cent dark chocolate. And last but not least, its delicious aroma provides the perfect base for all manner of mixed drinks.
Typical of SLYRS Whisky
Mash: Pure spring water ensures an excellent consistency of the barley mash during mashing. Only the purest water is used for SLYRS Single Malt Whisky.
Distillation: SLYRS whisky is distilled several times and processed particularly slowly. This preserves the aroma, allowing it to unfold fully during maturation.
Maturation: The charred American white oak casks impart woody notes, as well as vanilla and caramel flavours, to the single malt. It matures gently under the watchful eyes of the experienced distillers.
