With Bavarian PEAT, SLYRS is expanding its range of versatile whisky creations. Gently distilled using traditional methods from regional ingredients, Bavarian PEAT is made from malted barley, kilned over a peat fire, and mountain spring water from the Bavarian Alps. The result is an expressive, peated whisky with smoky, toasty aromas, perfectly balanced with notes of vanilla, pear and salty caramel.

Tasting & Recommendation:

Bavarian PEAT is best enjoyed neat at room temperature.
