Immerse yourself in the world of SLYRS and discover how our Bavarian Mountain Whisky is made – right here at our visitor centre on Lake Schliersee. During the self-guided distillery tour, you’ll catch a glimpse of the gleaming copper still pots, experience the aroma of the ‘Angel’s Share’ in the cask hall and learn all about the production and character of our whiskies.

Afterwards, you’ll be treated to a tasting of our speciality liqueurs:

• SLYRS Vanilla & Honey Liqueur
• SLYRS Bavarian Cream Liqueur
• SLYRS Bavarian Coffee Liqueur

Included:

• A self-guided tour of the distillery (approx. 30–40 minutes)
• Film & guided tour of the visitor centre
• Liqueur tasting

Opening hours: daily 10.00 – 17.00
