Two exceptional artisan producers, based in the Bavarian
Oberland, have combined their passion for their craft and the highest
quality to create this unique SLYRS Bairish Coffee Liqueur.
The combination of mild, fruity and fresh cold-brew coffee from
the Dinzler coffee roastery and SLYRS whisky, gently rounded off with
the finest macerates of caramel and vanilla pods, creates an
unrivalled flavour.

The components of this unique liqueur are our SLYRS
Single Malt Whisky Classic, which has been matured for 3–6 years in new casks of
American white oak, and the Dinzler cold brew extraction of
Ethiopian ‘Sidamo’ mocha beans.
The Ethiopian Arabica bean ‘Sidamo’ stands out for its great flavour diversity and complexity. Thanks to the long extraction time, more aromatic compounds are released than in conventional filter coffee, yet with up to 70 per cent less acidity and bitterness. This brings out the finest fruity and chocolatey notes, whilst maintaining a low caffeine content.
