The mountains on the doorstep and a vision in my head: A SLYRS Whisky, which breathes the mountain air of the Upper Bavarian Alps and matures there to perfection. In 2014, the SLYRS For the first time, the team around master distiller Hans Kemenater transported around 50 selected barrels by ski lift to the summit of the Stümpfling – to a unique high-altitude storage facility at exactly 1501 meters. This year's 2025 edition is named after the Kampenwand, which, at 1669 meters, is one of the most imposing peaks in the Chiemgau Alps. With its jagged rock ridges, it symbolizes character and power – just like this Whisky.
