Maceration: | To reach a strong whisky as a basis for liqueur, ripe Bavarian barley is carfully mashed. |
Distillation: | The slow and aroma preserving distillation gurantees a perfect result which is filled in small Batches and is steadily observed by distiller Hans Kemenater and his team. Only the best Batches get mixed with chocolate and set for liqueur. |
Cellaring: | The SLYRS Single Malt matures in the SLYRS distillery to a full-bodied product. Stored in American white oak barrel it develops its various tones, before it can mature with the chocolate. A absolute pleasure for all whisky and chocolate lovers. |
